By using Caloza: AI Calorie Tracker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Caloza Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or monthly) that unlocks AI photo scanning, subject to a fair-use limit of 30 scans per 24 hours. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. Prices may vary by country. Your first 3 AI photo scans are free; manual logging, barcode scanning and search remain available without a subscription.
Apple's standard licensed application end-user agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.
You are responsible for the information you log. You can delete your account and data at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, or use automated means to access the AI features.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
